01 - GENERAL TERMS

• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
• Commercial Commissions will have changes in their price - +20% of total cost.
• For large projects, please contact by email, and any other correspondence through DM on Twitter or Discord.

02 - PAYMENT

• Currency accepted is GBP and is to be paid through PayPal. Invoices will be supplied for every transaction.
• Commissions are to be paid 50% before work begins and 50% once work is complete.
• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

03 - PROCESS & DELIVERY

• The time it takes to finish your commission will vary between 1 week - 3 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.
• For original and existing characters, I would prefer references of the design, as designing the character itself will increase the time of the commission and may be subject to extra fees.
• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image and a copy with my watermark. Note that there is no physical product.

04 REVISIONS

• In the sketching phase, I am open to regular iterations, but there will be limits depending on piece complexity.
• Additional fees will be added if you want something changed in the final stages of the drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made. This includes if you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved.

05 - COPYRIGHT & USAGE

• I, "ARTIST NAME" (the artist):
  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (watermarked) and in my portfolio.
• You (the customer/commissioner):
  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, as long as credit is given to myself.
  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, unless this has been discussed with me beforehand and the correct price has been agreed.
  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork in any way related to NFTs, Cryptocurrency or AI Art.
• The following is considered copyright infringement:
  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
  • Claiming the artwork as your own
  • Altering the artwork without my consent
